Joyful Earth Gardening installs and maintains perennial gardens in the Squam Lakes Region. We are looking to hire a full time and a part time gardener for the 2023 season which will begin when the snow melts and end mid-November. Duties include spring and fall cleanups, mulching, weeding, deadheading, planting, light pruning, dividing and transplanting. A positive attitude and a tolerance for bad weather and bugs is required. A basic knowledge of perennials and their growth habits is preferred, but we are willing to train the right people. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00 for full time and 4 days per week for part time. Pay starts at $16/hour, but willing to increase depending on level of experience. Job sites are non-smoking.
